Hello everyone thanks for stopping by today! I’m super excited about this post and working my way towards achieving my healthy lifestyle. I have partnered with Snap Kitchen and I am really excited. It has been a while since I have been in the store (like a couple years.) so I was excited to stop in and check it out and see what’s new. Since I have decided to make healthier food choices and add in workouts this is the best option for me as well. Since I started working which is something I haven’t really mentioned but I needed to go back for my family. Working and Mom life with two kids now is a lot more running around than I was doing before.
Snap Kitchen provides healthy pre packaged meals designed for everyone. All fresh foods and never frozen, which is amazing. They provide breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, & drinks. Meals are easy to get ready and can be popped in the microwave for around 2 minutes or under, depending on the size meal you purchase. They have meals that are Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Paleo, Vegan if these are something you need.
I am in the Houston area and there are 12 locations spread out around the area and surrounding area. I have a few that are rarely close to me and I decided to visit the Bellaire Location. Once arrived I was able to park right in from and immediately saw the store because it’s well lit and bright.
Once I went in the store I was greeted by the worker named Cristal, not sure of the spelling but she was very nice. She told me what her favorite meals were and what was most popular. I was able to browse around and check out the different meals they have. I ended up getting two meals and one snack.
I chose two lunches the Pulled Pork Enchiladas & Chicken Teriyaki with Rice. I also got a snack which was the maple smoked almonds. They have such a variety of meals and just lots of options to choose from. I like that because you don’t always have to eat the same thing everyday or every other day. I absolutely loves the Chicken Teriyaki, it had all the perfect flavors and it didn’t feel like I was eating “healthy”. The enchiladas was not one of my favorite. They ultimately had great flavors but I think the sauce kind of over took from the enchiladas itself. The almonds of course were great, anything maple I love. Each meal has labels with all ingredients and heating instructions, which is very convenient.
Snap Kitchen is definitely very convenient and I will be returning. They have a Snap Commit which consists of choosing meals from here to eat for a certain amount of days to achieve which goal you would like. Another popular things is Whole30 and they are now approved for certain meals that can be used for this program. Altogether this company is going to grow very fast. They also have locations in Austin, Dallas, Chicago, & Philadelphia. If you are in the Chicago area they do deliver so make sure to check that out right HERE and download the app.
