Hello all, welcome back to the blog! Today I am here to share about our day in Nashville. We recently visited Columbus Ohio for Kai to see his pediatric surgeon who will repair his stomach this SUMMER! Super exciting but also scared that this is actually going to happen. We did drive so on the way home we decided to stop in Nashville for a night and spend the day there.
It definitely was not enough time to explore. I for sure want to move there now and need to go back soon. There is just so much to do in Nashville you need like a week. And we only got to visit for just short of a day. I started doing some searching on places to visit. I came across a place called L&L Market. Its an older historic building that’s so Beautiful that is open to the public but has food hall with a few places to choose from, and shops.
I visited a few of the shops. We had lunch their from a Thai place called Thai Ni Yom, which was pretty good. It looks like the building is in its early stages or being open. I do wish they had other food options, they did have a coffee bar, milkshake bar, and a bakery. You can read about the history of the building HERE. I For sure got a cute little bouquet from Amelia’s Flowers. Who doesn’t love flowers?
There was also this cute little shop called Living with Landyn. She is a local blogger from the area who has a good following and now has a storefront of all the things that fit into her style. It was so cute and I loved it, I felt like the store spoke to me. There is not a website set up online yet so I definitely suggest visiting. You can visit Landyn’s personal blog here.
There were several other stores to shop from and browse. They also had a yoga studio, and event space. It was just the cutest little place to go and relax, do some work, shop a little bit, and enjoy some food.
After leaving here we decided to go find some of the famous Nashville murals. So we went to 12South which is off 12th Avenue South, is quite a few stores and restaurants in this little neighborhood. We didn’t get so spend much time but I loved it. There were a few walls with paintings that I could take pictures with. I didn’t get as many pictures but made it work.
The short amount of time was not enough to explore the all that Nashville can show. I hope we get to go back and visit for a few days but I really did enjoy the little bit of time and places we went. Have you been to Nashville? If so what were some of your place you enjoyed visiting?
